Privacy policy

Conditions and policy of the General Maintenance Center:

· The organization is not responsible for any malfunction that occurs in the transmission after replacing the oil or filter or increasing the amount of oil in the transmission.

· The company guarantees any smuggling of oil for parts that have been serviced for a period of only 15 days from the date of the invoice, provided that the replaced part is original.

· The organization guarantees the value of the labor lost if the engine or transmission is repaired. The warranty does not include spare parts sold for a period of 20 days only if there is no misuse for the training period estimated at 1,000 kilometers.

· The organization is not responsible for commercial items.

· If the defect is found in the same replaced part, the customer will bear the full labor costs.

· The organization does not bear any responsibility for any damage that occurs to plastic parts, mechanisms, or steel screws during maintenance, and this is often due to the life of the part, unless it is misuse by the technician.

· The workshop does not bear responsibility for any lost personal items left inside the vehicle.

· The warranty is considered void in the absence of the original maintenance invoice.

Conditions and policy of the Maintenance Center for return and exchange:

· Attach the original purchase invoice.

· When returning items, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

· It is allowed to return the item within 5 days and exchange it within 10 days from the date of the invoice, provided that the item is in its original condition, free of damage or dirt, and is capable of being sold to another customer.

· Electrical or electronic parts are not returned or replaced if their packaging is opened or installed.

· The customer must ensure that the pieces he received are free of scratches, dirt, and breakages so that he can return them in the same original condition.

· It is possible to return the purchased goods (except consumer and electrical parts) provided that they are in the same original condition and in their original packaging.

· Electrical parts cannot be returned or replaced unless they do not conform to the car’s specifications according to the chassis number as a result of a shop error.

· In the event of requesting the provision of spare parts from outside the center, the customer must pay the full amount, which is non-refundable in the event that the order is canceled by the customer.

· Payment amounts are refunded via the point of sale device or the bank from 1 to 7 days.

· In the event of a return, point of sale fees will be deducted according to the type of card + tax.

· The store has the right to refuse to return or exchange spare parts if they do not comply with the return policy stated above.

Conditions and policy of the warranty maintenance center:

· The warranty is voided in the event of modification, combination, or poor arrangement of the part.

· Guarantee of original parts is provided through the agent only.

· The warranty does not include dismantling, installation or transportation fees.

· It is required to guarantee that the air conditioning parts, including compressors and others, must clean the air conditioning cycle with liquid and be free of dirt, taking into account changing the air conditioner radiator.

· The warranty does not include packing parts (engine and internal gear parts) and sealants (wool).

· The warranty does not include parts that require programming or coding on the vehicle to operate.

· The warranty does not include air conditioning parts and accessories (compressor and air conditioning circuit).

· The warranty includes the return or replacement of the part only, without any compensation for dismantling, installation, or any other expenses or any part associated with it.

Maintenance center conditions and policy for work order:

· The center has the right to test the car by the maintenance team inside and outside the center before, after, and during maintenance and inspection.

· Any costs or quotations provided for the work are considered estimates, and the center is permitted to amend and add to them as needed after maintenance is performed.

· An advance payment of 50% of the total maintenance order amount is received before maintenance begins.

· The vehicle is not allowed to be delivered until the full amount of the invoice has been paid.

· Parking and storage fees for the vehicle are calculated at 35 riyals per day 48 hours after notifying the customer of the completion of maintenance and sending the final invoice.

· The center is not responsible for damage or loss of personal items left inside the vehicle.

· It is the customer’s responsibility to read all the terms and conditions of the center and agreeing to the maintenance order constitutes approval of all terms and conditions.
